Institute of Hotel Management Gwalior is an autonomous body under the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India, and Ministry of tourism Govt. of Madhya Pradesh. The institute was established first as Food Craft Institute in 1987 and was upgraded to an IHM in 1992.
